What is Safi?
We are on a mission to create the tools for a safe and transparent East African dairy supply chain
We have patented the worlds first small-scale milk pasteurization control unit that allows any farmer to pasteurize their milk without the use of on-the-grid electricity.
*Safi (pronounced sæfɪ) means 'Safe' in Swahili
